Here you will find practical information about travel, accommodation, documentation, insurance, equipment, and all logistical aspects related to this unique opportunity for football and personal development.
1. Can a family member accompany the selection group?
Yes, of course. Family members who wish to can accompany the player during the trip and stay in Barcelona. There are two possible options:
Option 1: Travel coordinated with the delegation
If family members make their reservation in advance, it is possible to arrange their inclusion on the same flight as the official group, provided there is availability with the airline. This option will be managed through the logistics department or the collaborating travel agency.
Option 2: Independent travel
Family members can also organize their own trip independently. In that case, the player will travel with the official delegation, and the family members can join them in Barcelona or meet them there.
During the stay in Barcelona, we propose two accommodation options for family members:
- Hotel accommodation recommended by the collaborating Spanish agency “Sport Itinerentum.”
- Accommodation organized independently by the family.
Note: The player will stay with the official delegation and under permanent technical and educational supervision.
2. Can we travel independently to Barcelona with our selected child and have them join the official delegation once they arrive?
Yes, it is possible, as long as it is communicated in advance to the organization and the established protocols are followed.
The player must meet the official delegation in Barcelona at the specified place, day, and time. From that moment on, they will be under the responsibility of Marcet’s technical and logistical team and will fully integrate into the program along with the rest of the selected players.
