The initial performance evaluation report of the program is a fundamental component in your child’s training, providing a detailed foundation for their continuous development and success in the program.

The Evaluation Integration Department wants to share with you the importance of your child’s initial performance evaluation report in this first quarter of the MPEP program.

Contents of the Report

  1. Sporting Vector
    • Technical-Tactical Area: Evaluates your child’s technical and tactical skills in football.
    • Cognitive Area: Examines how your child processes information, makes decisions on the field, and their understanding of game strategies and tactics.
    • Physical Area: Analyzes the physical condition of your child.
  2. Mental-Emotional Vector
    • Considers aspects such as mental strength, your child’s ability to handle pressure, their attitude towards success and failure, and their emotional development.
  3. Academic Vector
    • Evaluates your child’s academic performance, their commitment to studies, and their ability to balance academic demands with sports.
  1. Socialization Habits Vector
    • Observes how your child interacts with peers, coaches, and other community members, including communication and teamwork skills.
  2. Personality and Leadership Development Vector
    • Examines how your child is developing their personality, leadership potential, charisma, and the ability to positively influence others.

Objectives of the Report:

  1. Provide a Comprehensive View
    • Establish a complete understanding of your child as a player and person, highlighting how their skills and characteristics interrelate and contribute to their overall development.
  2. Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvement
    • Recognize both the areas where your child excels and those that require attention for balanced development.

    • Beyond football, assist your child in developing skills that will be valuable in all aspects of their life, including academic and social life.
  4. Establish Personalized and Contextualized Goals, Objectives, and Strategies
    • Based on the evaluation, set specific goals for your child and strategies to achieve them, both on and off the field.
