Integrated Evaluation Report (Christmas)

At Marcet, we take pride in our holistic and comprehensive approach to assessing and developing talent in football. In our regular programs, which span over several months or even years, we have the opportunity to observe and evaluate students in a variety of contexts and situations, allowing us to provide a detailed and nuanced assessment of their performance, skills, and progress.

However, the Christmas Course presents a different format. Given its brief yet intense nature, evaluators have had a shorter period to get to know and assess your child. Despite this challenge, we have applied our knowledge and experience to provide an assessment as comprehensive and accurate as possible within this time frame.

The initial performance evaluation report of the program is a fundamental component in your child’s training, providing a detailed foundation for their continuous development in learning the fundamentals of football. The Assessment Integration Department wants to share with you the importance of your child’s initial performance evaluation report in this intensive course.

Report Contents

  1. Sports Vector
    • Technical-Tactical Area: Evaluates your child’s technical and tactical skills in football.
    • Cognitive Area: Examines how your child processes information, makes decisions on the field, and understands game strategies and tactics.
    • Physical Area: Analyzes your child’s physical condition.
  2. Mental-Emotional Vector
    • Considers aspects such as mental strength, your child’s ability to handle pressure, their attitude towards success and failure, and their emotional development.

Report Objectives:

  1. Provide a Comprehensive View
    • Establish a complete understanding of your child as a player and person, highlighting how their skills and characteristics interrelate and contribute to their overall development.
  2. Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvement
    • Recognize both the areas where your child excels and those that require attention for their balanced development.
  3. Promote the Development of Life Skills
    • Beyond football, help your child develop skills that will be valuable in all aspects of their life, including academic and social life.
  4. Establish Customized and Contextualized Goals, Objectives, and Strategies
    • Based on the assessment, set specific goals and strategies for your child, both on and off the field.

Benefits of the Report

  1. Holistic Development
    • By addressing multiple areas, the report ensures that your child develops not only as a football player but also as a balanced individual.
  2. Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem
    • Increases your child’s self-awareness of their abilities and areas for improvement, contributing to essential self-esteem and a positive attitude.

It’s important to note that, while this report offers a valuable insight into your child’s current performance, it may not fully reflect their potential or abilities over a longer and more diverse period of training and play. Therefore, we recommend viewing this report as a preamble or an introduction to the ongoing assessment of your child in the world of football.

We encourage you, as parents, to consider enrolling your child in additional courses at Marcet. Participation in more extensive programs or intensive training sessions will not only provide our evaluators with a better understanding of your child but also offer an opportunity for your child to develop and enhance their skills more deeply and sustainably.

We appreciate your trust in our program and our Pedagogical Model. We are committed to supporting the growth and development of your child and look forward to continuing to be part of their continuous learning journey in the fundamentals of football.
