The 2023-24 season is in its final stretch and the footballers most committed to their passion are already thinking about how to improve and step forward to achieve their dream of becoming professional players. The Marcet Football University‘s Draft is a great opportunity for all those who want to show their talent and win a scholarship to train in Barcelona.
The draft will be held online, which will allow candidates to participate from anywhere. The fundamental requirement is to have been born between 2006 and 2011 (inclusive). There are two things that the keepers who want to take advantage of this opportunity will have to do:

- Submit a film showing your talent
The video at the top of this page explains exactly the type of video required. The recording of each task by the applicants must be filmed without cuts, and will have to show a minimum of six actions and a maximum of eight. The minimum resolution will be 1,280×720 pixels. In addition, candidates may also contribute a video of maximum 5 minutes with their best plays in one match.

Marcet technicians will evaluate the participants using the Matrix system. Whatever the result obtained, the first 100 candidates to send their video will receive a 330€ scholarship for a summer course. The best player in the draft will win, depending on their level, a full scholarship for this intensive course or a scholarship to participate in the Professional Program (which may be partial or complete, and will last between 3 and 10 months). The Marcet coaching staff will issue its resolution before July 1st, 2024.
The Marcet Professional Program includes more than 20 hours of elite training per week, in addition to accommodation, full board and academic studies for the entire duration of the scholarship. The objective of the players of the High Performance Academy is to improve technically and tactically, in order for them to know how to play with intelligence and acquire the intensity and rhythm needed to be able to compete at the highest level.
It is not about signing a player, but about preparing him to be fit to start his career in a professional club. That’s exactly what many professional players did in the past. Now they wear the jerseys of the best teams in the world. Proof of this is the Marcet Hall of Fame, which includes players from teams such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Juventus, among others.
