Paco Sanz’s football life changed entirely upon his arrival at Almería.
“I started in my neighborhood team, Aravaca CF,” Sanz recalls his first steps in the sport. This club helped him “settle in the highest leagues within each category” until reaching the cadet level when his career became more professional.
His time at the Marcet Academy represented a turning point. “Javier Sánchez contacted my parents and allowed me to improve,” explains the young player, highlighting the importance of this stage in his development.

After three seasons at Getafe, Paco felt his time there had ended. “My performance was not balanced with the club’s investment,” he comments. It was then that Almería showed interest in him, offering the opportunity to leap La Liga.

“Training regularly and living with a first-division team and player is a dream come true,” says Sanz. This experience has allowed him to “professionalize and maximize” his habits and discipline.
Regarding his qualities, he highlights his “aerial game, power, and leadership on the field,” as well as his defensive ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
Looking to the future, the young footballer has a clear goal: “In 5 years, my dream and what I fight for is to be established in professional football.” Sanz knows the challenges of staying at the top but is confident he can achieve it “always based on hard work and humility.”
