APPLICATION

This Privacy and Cookies Policy applies to the collection of personal data by any method (emails, business cards, communication by phone, website, formularies, etc.) provided that the owner of the data had given his/her consent to the automated treatment of them.

CONSENT

The user, once having read the Privacy and Cookies Policy will give their free and informed consent to the collection and processing of their data, by checking the corresponding box.

FILE CONTENT

The file contains all the necessary information for the contracting service: Full name, address, email, date of birth, nationality, passport or national ID, biometric data (strong foot, etc.), photo, medical data (allergies, illnesses, vaccines, medication, etc.), medical card or insurance, special dietary needs.

LEGIMIZATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for the treatment of the data is the execution of the service contracted by the interested party, according to the terms and conditions that appear in the contracting of said service (see terms and conditions). The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent that is requested from the interested party, and under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the aforementioned contracted service.

OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY DATA

At the time of data collection, information will be provided on what data must be provided on a mandatory basis. In case of not including the data that is marked as obligatory, it will not be possible to render the services for which the collection of the same has been requested, therefore it will not be possible to continue with the hiring of the product or service.

PURPOSE AND TIME

The purpose of collecting said data is the administration and general management of Fundación Marcet, to provide the services contracted by its clients and members (especially the correct healthcare), as well as to manage the sending of information that they request and to provide them with offers of products and services of their interest.

In order to facilitate offers of products and services that may be of interest to clients, as well as to improve the customer experience concerning the services or products hired, the Marcet Foundation will develop a “commercial profile” based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on that profile.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party.

Anyone who has given personal data to Fundación Marcet has the following rights:

  • Right of Access: the right to know if we keep your data or not. In addition to being able to access said data and to be informed of the conditions in which they are treated.
  • Right of Rectification: the right to rectify your data that may be wrong or may need completion.
  • Right to Cancellation: the right to have your data deleted (also known as the “Right to Forget”)
  • Right to Opposition: the right to object to your data being used for two specific reasons. This does not suppose its deletion.
  • Right to Portability: the right to receive your data in a readable, common format, that is easily interpretable and transfer them to another company.
  • Right to Limitation: It is the right to mark the conserved data in order to limit its treatment in the future.

DATA TRANSFER AND RECIPIENTS

The data will be communicated to other companies linked to the Marcet Foundation for internal administrative purposes, including the processing of personal data of customers or employees, with the aim of correctly providing the contracted service.

Marcet contracts some internal management tools “in the cloud” through Pipedrive and Send in Blue (within the EU). DATA UPDATING

So that user data is always correct, the user must keep it updated by communicating the need to do so to the corresponding department.

RIGHT TO SECRECY

Marcet undertakes to comply with the obligation of secrecy regarding the data contained in its file.

CHANGES

Marcet reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at all times. Any modification will be published on the website www.marcetfootball.com
