Marcet Family Code is the global movement changing the culture of youth football. The Family Code is not a form or a set of rules. It is a living agreement between a player and the people around them.

The pact

The player begins the gesture and the family returns it. From that moment on, the result no longer decides what truly matters.
Before the match, the player makes the OKKO sign to their parent: one thumb up and one thumb down at the same time. Nothing needs to be explained. The gesture says it all:
Love me in the OK and the KO. In the goal and the mistake. In victory and defeat.
The parent returns the same sign from the stands. At that moment, the pact is sealed. Without words. Without conditions. Without pressure.
The player steps onto the pitch knowing that, whatever happens, their family’s love is not at stake.
OKKO is not only for the family. The player applies it to everyone around them during the match: the teammate who makes a mistake, the opponent who plays fairly, the referee who gets a decision wrong and the coach who chooses not to play them.
The OKKO sign is a way of understanding sport and life: with respect, empathy and generosity.
Clubs, academies, federations, coaches, referees and leaders join the movement. The OKKO sign becomes the common language of healthier, more human and fairer youth football for every child in the world.
